Whip up delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and rest easy knowing we`ve provided all the essentials for both bathroom and beach outings. Get ready for an unforgettable beach vacation filled with epic adventures.

This wonderfully updated 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is located on bayside in Mission Beach just south of Santa Clara. Completely renovated with no expense spared you will not want for anything during your stay. Fully updated and stocked kitchen. This is the lower level 1BR and it opens into the courtside patio.

All you need to do is pack you bags! We will take care of the rest. This unit has been recently updated with new furniture and decor. You will love everything it has to offer.

The grounds are a shared common area but each unit has its own set of outdoor furniture. Note your patio furniture is in the front of your unit.

Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around `courts` with all of the residences facing one another across a sidewalk. That design creates a cozy and homey feel (and also limits the amount of car traffic) making Mission Beach the ideal spot to `live at the beach`
Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away)

Please note that there is no parking at this residence and street parking tends to be difficult find in peak season. You can always park in alleys (just look for breaks in the fire lanes or on Mission Blvd (Just check the street sweeping signs). If you head east on Santa Clara Pl towards the Mission Bay Aquatic Center, there is free daytime parking (not for overnight use). Next to Santa Clara is the Mission Beach Women`s Club, which offers paid parking when they have it (look for the envelopes by the door. Finally, in a pinch you can drop stuff off and then park in Ventura Cove and grab a Bird scooter and jet back to the property. Most of our guests never use their car once on site since everything at the beach is walkable (or Uber-able in a pinch).

There is a fully stocked kitchen with all items needed to bake, cook or grill, pots/pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, outdoor plastic dishes, knives, cutting board, blender, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, first aid kit, a/c & heat, wifi, Smart TV, hair dryer, iron, iron board, shared washer-dryer, luggage rack, hangers, extra linens, pillows and blankets, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and patio furniture.

Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month`s rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.

Love this place, it's my go-to place when visiting my son. So comfortable inside, decor is light & airy and of course when you step outside you can see the beautiful bay. The patio outside is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee. Staying in Mission Beach is the best if you want easy access to the beach. Location, location, location...this place has it!

Cute house, clean. Parking was a little difficult, as stated in the description. The front patio area is great, walking distance to the beach (5 mins), restaurants & bars was really nice! It was a little small for us, but super cute.

Great location and cute property

We had a weekend get away in San Diego. The location was great, in between the ocean and bay. the condo was a perfect size for a couple retreat. The only down side is parking was very limited. Mission Blvd is really close, but we had to park 5 blocks away.I will visit it again.

Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect, with both the beach and the bay within a short walking distance. Same for restaurants and other things to do. We loved our little place although the online photos made it look roomier. But it was only the two of us here so that was fine. The outdoor patio was wonderful and I spent relaxing time out there getting some sun and reading. The inside was very clean, modern and comfortable. We had an issue with the heating unit the first night, but after that was resolved we had no other problems. The host was very responsive to us which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this to others.

My go-to property in Mission Beach

I've stayed here before and I will stay here again. This gem is just as described. It is extremely clean, well maintained and very inviting. The bed and bedding are extremely comfortable. The air conditioning works well for the very rare occasion of a hot summer evening. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. The shared laundry room was clean and easy to use. Plenty of beach equipment to take out on the sand. This property is in a prime location in a quiet neighborhood just 50 steps to the bay and 200 steps to the beach. It's on the narrower part of the isthmus so you will find things to be much less crowded than near Belmont Park or Crystal Pier. No parking for this particular property but we were able to always find a spot, even in the middle of August, on Santa Clara Point just two tiny blocks to the north (I didn't count the steps to the parking lot). Shout out to our host, Vacation Rentals by Aaron, for thorough, thoughtful communication always at just the right time. We never needed to reach out for an issue of any kind but I knew, if needed, Aaron and the team would be right there for us. Bottom line: Book this place now, before I do. And you know I will!

Perfect for our family of three

This little place was great for my husband daughter and I. Cute, clean and great location! There were plenty of towels and beach supplies for us to use. There isn't really any closet space so if your someone who needs to hang their clothes up, this might not work for you. After going back and forth with finding a parking space the first two days we ended up just leaving our car parked and walking along the beach for the rest of the trip. It was a very short 4min walk to the beach and if we wanted to go to belmont park it was only a 15 minute walk or pacific beach was only about 20 minutes away. There is so much to do in these beaches, we rarely found the need to go any further.

Worth the price

We enjoyed our stay and the location is great as our daughter lives just a few blocks away. The place was very clean and had just about everything you would need. The noise from upstairs is more than we were expecting, especially when they came crashing in at 4am talking very loudly then having some extended “intimate” fun which we could hear quite clear. A few things that would cause us to give a full 5 starts: darkening curtains or roller blinds in the bedroom. There was quite a bit of light coming through and we had to use a blanket over the blinds to block it out, there were only 2 skillets that were quite small and had to cook in stages, the shower door is missing a screw causing it to not operate smoothly, the bedroom chair in the corner was not attached to the base causing a safety issue, the coffee pot has no auto off and we mistakenly left it on all day, lastly some distilled water for the iron would be nice so all the minerals don’t end up on your clothes like they did with mine. Other than that we do recommend this place and would stay again!

Perfect location

We spent five nights at the condo. The proximity to Mission Beach is less than a block. It was lovely to spend time on the beach and walk the boardwalk. There is an amazing bakery close by- Olive’s- highly recommended the cinnamon buns. Aaron was easy to communicate with and did his best to accommodate us. The condo is clean and stocked with coffee, filters, sugar etc. Appliances are new and clean. There’s an outdoor shower to rinse the sand after a day at the beach. There is little space to unpack your suitcase as there are no dressers in the bedroom. There is a large closet, however. Perhaps some under the bed pull out storage containers would alleviate this issue. If you’re hesitating over booking this condo, don’t. It’s better than the photos and I could not have chosen a better location.
