The host had a bottled of champagne in the fridge because we were celebrating my son graduating from boot camp! Coffee makers with creamer and not to mention a heated pool! Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to incremental weather back home but we will definitely book again when we head back to Cali! Thank you Sophia!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The home was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into every detail. The space was beautifully curated—stylish, comfortable, and welcoming—making it feel more like a home than a rental. The owner was also incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had and ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. My family had such a good time staying here. The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable. The backyard and pool were the highlight of our stay and my kids loved all the pool floats. Perfect location for seeing things in San Diego. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Not so normal stay in Normal Heights

We came into town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UCSD and booked this last minute. For a property this great, I was surprised it was available. If you’re not familiar with San Diego, the city has lots of great pocket neighborhoods like the one this property is in, Normal Heights. It’s just around corner from great cares and restaurants. Grocery stores and small neighborhood bodegas are nearby, and it’s 20 minutes away from the beaches. However, if you don’t want to go anywhere, the backyard is an oasis in and of itself, with a heated pool (worth the extra cost) and plenty of space to laze around and entertain. The host, Sophia, was extremely responsive to any questions or needs. It was the perfect place to host my family for such a special event. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Perfect spot for our stay

This 3 bed 2 bath was perfect for my family. We were in SD for a birthday party. We loved the backyard and enjoyed hanging out there. All the little touches in the house were perfect. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are small but sufficient. Location was a big plus for us. It was on a few blocks from where family lives. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent House and Host

Sophia is an excellent host who communicates well, accommodates requests when possible, and wants to ensure that her guests thoroughly enjoy their stay. The house is just as pictured and very well kept in terms of cleanliness. The backyard is AMAZING as we spent most our time there when we were at the house. It's truly a great place and we would love to stay there again for our next trip to San Diego!
