Lobby was nice, furniture comfortable. Room entrances were outdoors but within a courtyard. Small bathrooms. Room furniture has some wear and tear but bed was comfortable. Restaurant view was nice. Food and service were just ok.

Photos looked way better than the hotel does. Heat wasn’t working properly. Dark on the catwalk and not what I expected to see when I booked. Rooms are ok, location is nice.

Was charged $450 on my car for incidentals when it was only supposed to be $250. Still hasn't really been released. The toilet, refrigerator, phone and AC didn't work. I ask for a manager. It got fixed but no manger called me or offered a discount. All that to not work on arrival

Everything was great except the heater didn't work and it was a cold night. Maintenace got the heater to work but it was stuck on high and the room got REALLY hot. Had to change rooms at 4:30 AM. I've stayed here at least 4 times, and this is the first complaint. I like the Little Italy area.
