nonexistent customer service

I tried to cancel late for the 50% fee, but they never recognized by cancellation and kept reaching out to me to check in. I still should’ve received 50% discount for a no-show, but the stupid lack of a concierge did not even realize that I was never there. Now they are refusing to refund my 50%.

This was super fun. Great location in the middle of it all. Comfortable bed. Nice room. Could use a chair and side table.

I would avoid this hostel at ALL COST. Read this before you book! 1. the host didn't provide any check-in instruction until we text them through the app. 2. The property phone number is not reachable! 3. there is NO LOCK in their shower, EXCUSE ME? 4. Our lock was out of battery, and we were locked out. The host asked us to buy a battery, promised will reimburse us, but still NOT after 14 days? 5. There was no internet for about 16 hours, and the host didn't seem to care until we ask and ask again the next day

It was advertised as a Hotel. It is a Hostel, there is no parking. The front door has a Padlock on it and the only way to get in is with a code. The front sign is covered in graffiti and stickers.

Extremely unsafe place, dirty bathrooms, small window that leads somewhere very loud. Moreover, a lot of people that stay in this "hotel" do some illegal things. If you have any other options, dont go there

I showed up, and the management had sent me the wrong room #, and I could not get ahold of anybody to get into my room. I waited over an hour and was very late for a concert that I had tickets to. It was very frustrating not having a phone # to call when I couldn’t get into my room:/ I wouldn’t suggest a stay here unfortunately.
