My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. On the positive side, the room was spotless when I arrived, and the front desk staff was prompt in processing my check-in. The amenities were also satisfactory, including an outdoor seating area with a fireplace table and a children’s play area equipped with table tennis and chess sets. The 24-hour coffee machine was a great addition. My kids enjoyed the pool and spa area. It was clean and well kept. However, there were a few issues that I encountered. First, I arrived about 90 minutes early and was charged an early check-in fee. If the room was ready, they should have let me check in sooner. Second, only one burner on the stove worked. When I tried to turn on the second burner, it tripped the breaker on the panel, and I had to call the front desk to get it fixed. They simply switched the breaker back on, but the stove wasn’t actually fixed. Third, I returned to my room after a long day at 4 PM to find that it hadn’t been serviced. I had to call the front desk to get that done. Fourth, when the room service arrived, they only kept two bath towels while we were four guests in the room. I called the front desk, and they said they would send the towels, but they never did. Finally, the breakfast options could be improved for vegetarians and vegans. On the first day, there were potatoes and bell peppers, but on the second and third days, there were no hot vegetarian or vegan options.
