The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The front desk staff are not friendly, unhelpful, and not attentive towards guests. Every time I needed assistance, staff were having their own side conversations and not paying attention to guests. The hotel ran out of clean towels when we needed new ones. Lobby bathrooms were gross and dirty with trash and cups, no toilet seat covers and no toilet paper in most stalls, and men’s bathroom had urinals that were out of order. Elevator floors were continuously wet.

Breakfast and happy hour meals were very good. Variety for everyone. Kitchen staff was very happy and helpful. Room was not compltete. Missing silverware, dishes, glasses. Air vent was very dirty. Blew out dirt and dust everytime it was put on. Room was clean otherwise. Bed was hard. Overall great location.

My stay at home wood suites was GREAT ! Starting from the food, cleanliness of the room, and staff being so nice. The only comment is your parking space is not big enough when you go home late like 11 pm it’s hard to find a parking space. Another comment also when the fire alarm that was triggered at 7am that really woke us up good thing it’s not a real fire. Other than that we had a good experience.

Everything was great except the room wasn't completely stocked. Our family of 5 had only one roll of toilet paper for our two-night stay, and 3 towels. We didn't have all the bedding for our sofa bed. Additionally, the area around the toilet smelled like urine.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was an excellent experience overall. The value for money was great, and all the front desk staff were kind and professional. Above all, the breakfast buffet was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The staff continuously replenished the food and cleared the tables, ensuring everything stayed organized. Since it was the year-end season, the hotel had set up a beautiful photo zone where families could take pictures, which we really enjoyed. For those traveling with family or young children, the basic mini kitchen, spacious layout, and refrigerator made the stay especially convenient and comfortable. The location—right off the highway within the hotel circle—was also extremely convenient. I plan to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!
