Everything was wonderful at this property. We requested room to be cleaned everyday. One evening we came back from Outing and the room hadn’t been cleaned. We even called front desk to remind them. We were told they were on the way up. We had to request sheets and towels and make the bed ourselves late that evening. The breakfast was delicious and the front desk gal when checking in was absolutely amazing.

Room is clean, staff is very helpful, good breakfast and it’s rotating each day. Clean swimming pool and spa. Great location close to airport and nearby by dining restaurants. Parks nearby easy to access to walk along the river, and have playground for kids to play. Walking distance to liberty station public market where have arts exhibits and foods.

The overall service at the hotel was just okay, but the stay was disappointing considering the amount of money spent. Our room was not ready upon arrival, which set a frustrating tone from the start. Breakfast was another letdown, as the food was cold before we even had a chance to sit down and eat. The room itself had several issues. There was a noticeable hole in the floor, and the room was uncomfortably hot. While the temperature issue was eventually fixed after notifying staff, a screw was left behind and ended up in my foot, which was unacceptable. When the hole in the floor was mentioned, the staff member responded with “here we go again,” suggesting this was a known problem. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and was very disappointing for the price paid.
