The best thing about this hotel was the people in the front desk other than that I got the run around several times with housekeeping along with this hotel actually having little to no accommodations to the visitors. Overall just a bad experience.

This part of Mission Valley has had an increasingly high level of homelessness and questionable behavior. It is also an area that would not be safe to walk due to traffic, road conditions and people living in the bushes along the freeway!

Overall, pretty clean, and the staff are mostly friendly.Though the fan in the bathroom did not work, there were holes in the headboards that were likely for old lighting that was taken out. The drawers in the dresser were broken. The view is literally just of the freeway. But overall, it is convenient because it is just 15 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to SDSU.

Everything was super old in the hotel, super dark hallways. Barely any parking plus you have to pay for it. Wasn’t satisfied with this trip. For this money you can find way better hotels.
