Parking was expensive and very inconvenient. Property is under renovation…. Had to go thru back service areas and use service elevators to get to room. Areas were dirty, smelly, trash everywhere. Very disappointing for cost for our room. Plus $37 to self park in a dark scary dungeon parking lot is outrageous .

The hotel itself is fine, clean, updated. The pool is so small i thought it was the hot tub. That was really our only negative.

The property was nice and lobby was beautiful When we got to our room. There was a chair all dirty and a desk chair ripped like they painted it to cover the damage. The mirrors where dirty. It was too noise on the other rooms. I’m not a person to complain. I just didn’t not say anything and felt with it.

Ok hotel

The parking lot is not great and smells like pee. The hotel lobby is nice and clean, we were woke up quite a few times during the night because of a loud noise in our room(we could not figure it out what it was as it was coming from above us or outdoors) also woken up at 3am by drunk guys who couldn’t get into their room. We didn’t even stay the 2nd night we just left because we could not sleep.

There was a lot of signs posted with different issues such as Automatic doors and elevators were not working. The toilet was damaged and was constantly throwing out water and had to manually fix it.
