No way to turn off air. Sound of air blowing all the time is very annoying. Thermos stat doesnt really controll temperature. Staff not helpful at all with this matter. You would think they would have higher standards for Hilton.

We didn’t get our room. We had our room canceled last min even though they checked our bags in. Terrible service they should be ashamed of themselves. I had to drive my wife and myself home late at night because of hiltons lack of communication with each other. Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!
