The immaculate room and the breathtaking view in the daytime and at night. I loved waking up to that view and the peace and quiet of that corner room I had at the end of my hall. It allowed me to be centered and relaxed. The front desk staff was professional, but very robotic, somewhat callous, and lacked personality or connection in conversation during check in and check out. This could use improvement in conducting transactions and having conversation with customers especially if they want returning customers to book with them again.
