Great, quiet clean apartment

Great view

The back bedroom has a great view. The beds were comfortable. My daughter and I were there to tour SDSU and the location worked perfectly. You access the apartment by a flight of stairs. The shower is in a separate room from the sink and toilet, which makes shower easier. The host did a great job communicating information. Definitely recommend.

Just what we needed

Me, my son and his girlfriend came to San Diego to have medical testing done on my son's girlfriend. I came from Arkansas and they came from Montana. We were grateful that this rental, on pretty short notice, came up. We were one of the first renters and got a discount and stayed 8 nights. It was just what we needed at that moment! The owners are very responsive! Everything was really clean. They were very patient and accommodating with me when tropical storm Hillary messed with my outgoing flight! If I were to say anything about the neighborhood it would be that parking can be a little interesting here and there. Not horrible by any means. We had one night that my son drive around the neighborhood for 15 minutes or so before finding a place. I think that there was some event going on a few doors down. He just parked a ways away and moved closer after the event. Also just a heads up, it is on the second floor with outside stairs. We would stay again!
