The house was nice and clean! It was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures but it served its purpose. Hosts were responsive immediately to any questions we had. The location is perfect. It’s a quiet neighborhood but only a 10 minute walk to numerous coffee shops/food spots. Close to San Diego Zoo as well as easy to get pretty much anywhere in the city. Would recommend to anyone. We will likely be back.

The best thing about this property is easily the location. It's so close to all the major sights, and there's a lot you can access within walking distance. The hot tub worked great and was such a nice treat when we got back to the house, since we were there with friends working Comic Con who were exhausted at the end of the day. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful location, and super convenient for a busy stay.

Looking for a quiet, convenient and cozy place to stay while visiting SD...this place has all the home away from home conveniences along with a charming patio. Hosts provide great communication and attended to any concerns or questions. Overall, our visit was a positive experience. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Stay

Accommodations were great. Hot tub was awesome. I did not get to spend much time on the patio as it was quite chilly during my stay but hot tub, fire pit and comfy couch were very enticing. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen equipped with cooking staples. Location was convenient to coffee bars and restaurants. Please note you need to climb stairs to get to property and bedroom walls are thin. I could hear next door neighbors talking and coughing while I was in bed. Overall, I had a great stay here and will return.

South Park Retreat

Great location! Enjoyed the space also, which provided ample space inside and outside. I appreciated the additional touches such as the filtered water jug, beautiful landscape, jacuzzi, ample choices for television options and on a quiet street. The kitchen had all the basic items to cook and the rooms had storage space for clothes if needed. Last it was nice to have the first aid kit for unexpected needs. Book your stay today!
