Walk to the beach and Crown Point Park right on your doorstep or drive to Belmont Park, Mission Beach, Old Town and Balboa Park all just mins away.



The Space:

Make your way along the charming garden path and enter via the easy electronic keypad with no need for keys. Step inside and be greeted with a bright, sunny living room filled with a stylish low-line sofa that surrounds the faux fireplace and the wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps. The living area also doubles as a third sleeping space for an additional two guests with a comfortable airbed.



Cook up meals for the group in the modern, chef-friendly kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you could need. On a sunny day, open the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space as you eat at the dining table or at the sleek breakfast bar and take in the cool ocean breeze. There are two beautiful bedrooms within the home, with each offering large queen beds, bedside tables with reading lamps, and plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.



Each bedroom has a separate, sparkling bathroom. Take a relaxing bath in the large soaking tub or enjoy the oversize shower with wall to floor tiles. Both come stocked with all the essentials along with plenty of soft, fluffy towels. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry room with an LG washing machine and dryer set along with complimentary washing powder and detergent to keep you feeling fresh after a day by the water. Outside, soak up the Californian sun with your own alfresco dining area or sit under the decked porch and relax while you enjoy a glass or two of wine or simply sit and enjoy the peace and quiet.



Head out your door and walk along the Bayside walking path of an afternoon through Crown Point Park and take in the views while you enjoy a picnic, go for a swim at the beach or just sit under a tree with a good book and relax by the water. Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer in the laundry.

The home is located in beautiful Mission Bay with the picturesque Crown Point Park right on your doorstep and Crown Point beach just a 10 minute walk away. Whether you’re spending a few days indulging in the city’s myriad of beaches and surf spots, visiting the aquatic attractions SeaWorld San Diego and Mission Bay Aquatic Park, or exploring the inland offerings of the city, this amazing central location puts you right in the middle of it all!



Visit the largest water park of its kind in the world, Mission Bay Aquatic Park, that offers everything from rom kayaking and stand up paddle boarding to water skiing, sailing, kite surfing and everything in between. If you’d rather stay on land, families can bike ride, picnic, barbecue or celebrate with bonfires right next to the water. See dolphins, orcas, sea lions much more at SeaWorld just a 6 minute drive away or experience the thrills and spills at Belmont Park a quick 7 minute drive from the house.

Experience the Old Town Historic Park, an open air living history museum then wander up to Mission Valley for some great shopping, food or just to catch a movie at the AMC.



Balboa Park is just a 15 minute drive away and offers 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums then visit the San Diego Zoo which always scores #1 on the best zoos list and definitely worth a visit. Explore can’t-miss shops and hangouts in neighborhoods such as the Gaslamp Quarter, the East Village, North Park and Old Town then be spoilt for choice when it comes to food with a mix of fine dining through to food trucks serving up some of the best fish tacos you will every taste. So if you love to get on the water, love fun an adventure at theme parks or just want somewhere to relax and walk to the beach, this great location has it all and more!



Getting Around:

You will be receiving 1 parking space with the property but getting around is super easy. There is a bus station right around the corner as well as on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area. Most of my guests use RideShare programs such as Uber and Lyft.



Other Things to Note:

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!



This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!

This home is a great space for a staycation, a work from home alternative as well as for families. We want to ensure your health and safety when staying at this home so we want you to understand the necessary measures that we are taking in response to cleanliness during this pandemic: Our professional cleaning crew is wearing protective gear while they clean, ventilating all rooms before, during and after the cleaning, washing hands thoroughly before and after the cleaning, they are cleaning and then disinfecting all surfaces including door knobs, keypads, railings, light switches, remote controls and thermostats just to name a few. These are just a few of the precautions we are taking to ensure your safety while staying in this beautiful listing. Before you book, we want you to be made aware that we are legally operating vacation rental. Some neighbors and neighborhoods are not in favor of them.
