You are welcome to stay in this gorgeous Point Loma unit with considerate finishes, floor, walls, windows, lights, AC, paintings, kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, bath, storage shelves, and furniture.

Our house is located in the heart of the Point Loma Fleetridge neighborhood. The rental unit is a private entrance first floor unit. The space features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 walk in closet. Living, dinning and kitchen are layed out in a welcome open space. It is very comfortable for 1-3 people.

The Point Loma and Shelter Island areas are some of the most prestigious areas of all of San Diego. You'll enjoy incredible access to the scenic harbor front and marina in a very calm and peaceful dead end street with no traffic, high end neighborhood. You will enjoy a brief walk to the village for shopping, restaurant, fishing, bayside parks, yacht clubs, Shelter Island, and many attractions and recreational amenities.

My husband and I (Ping and Jane) are your hosts. We live upstairs in the main house on the property. We will be good resource for questions about things to do around area. The bedroom's 4k Smart TV has a build in Roku, in addition, we provide Netflix.

Compared to most homes on the coast does not have air conditioning, we just installed AC to add more value and comfort to our guests.

The unit is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. However if you wish for a mid stay cleaning and change of linens during your stay we can arrange for the housekeeper to come for an additional charge of $130. Please give us one day's notice so we can get this scheduled.

The hosts are very welcoming. The location was perfect for our needs. I think it is important to note that it is very “no frills”. You should just be very aware of that. It is only for three people but there were just a few dishes and glasses, one kitchen towel, etc. It was comfortable though. Also, being older I am very aware of any safety issues and the gate entrance and entrance to the house I felt were tripping issues.

The apartment was immaculately kept. Jane was exceptional in communicating. She responded immediately to any inquiries, and was so pleasant throughout our stay. We so enjoyed our week here. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. It’s only a few blocks, and an easy walk, from almost any kind of restaurant you could want. We were able to Lyft to any part of the city within minutes. Jane and Ping are gracious hosts who answered all our questions within minutes. We would definitely stay in their cozy apartment again.

Great location within walking distance to coffee shops, donuts, restaurants and the waterfront. We also were able to walk to Eppig Brewing. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well, and we appreciated the standing fan that we used to move the air. The backyard patio was a great place to have coffee in the morning. Jane was very easy to work with. Clean and quiet! A a nice outdoor space!

We really enjoyed the property! Very clean and very quiet. The sleeper sofa was also very comfortable. Great central location if you want to go to La Jolla or to the airport or downtown San Diego.Everything you’ll need is in the kitchen including: pots, pans, knives, plates, toaster, rice, maker, etc.!We will definitely stay there in the future if we come back to San Diego!The owners are very easy to work with and very nice!

Great location

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants and the marina. Downtown San Diego is a very short distance. I felt very safe and Jane made sure I had everything I needed. Very comfortable bed and large walk in closet. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Stay in Point Loma

As stated in other reviews, the apartment is well maintained and sparkling clean. It is obvious the owner, who lives upstairs, is well invested in their guest’s experience. Although this is a basement apartment, there is plenty of natural light. There are no stairs to the apartment, which may be a plus to any older folks, such as myself.Communication with the owner was excellent.
