The whole lobby smells like urine, shower had mold and shower head wasn’t even shooting out water, It was dripping out. They give tiny little bottle of shampoo, conditioner and wash not enough for two people, blowdryer was old from the 90s and wasn’t strong. Worst hotel I’ve been to honestly.

Everything was great. The hotel is very central and amenities are good. They give you a bag for your breakfast. You have a choice of 3 menus for it. There are no taxis to be hailed so they have to be called which takes time and if you have a lot of luggage, forget it. I would recommend this hotel.

Location of the property is preem; lots of fun things to do within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Bed mattresses and pillows were awful, and the rooms are starting to look a little dated (particularly the bathrooms). Also, I would not recommend paying extra for a bay view...view is obstructed by a giant building, and the balcony is tiny.
