You don't know how horrible and filthy this hotel is until you go past the reception doors... carpet is filthy, walls are extremely dirty elevators don't work and all you hear and smell are children and dogs barking! Now the room! I was placed on the fourth floor with no elevator access but when I opened the door.... Roaches were EVERYWHERE !!! I couldn't do anything but return to the front desk and tell her about the roaches and the room was dirty and she apologized and said there are no other rooms available ( as if I wanted another room) and all she could do is reimburse me. I know some people don't mind being around roaches but idgaf, I can't do it... especially paying over 100 for a room per night!

The A/C heater was so loud that everytime it came on it woke me up...and....i can sleep through a lot! The shower was dirty with hair and mold. The shower head had most the holes blocked so it was squirting everywhere. The breakfast only had cheap stale prepackaged muffins and hot water with black tea bags. NO COFFEE!! Bed was comfortable though!!

This hotel was unable to make keys for the room. They ran out, the elevator was shut down by the fire department , there was rat poop in the chair, old liquid in in the fridge from previous people, the clerk said they had a problem with housekeeping because of ICE? They had only 2 was cloths and hand towels no body towels. And no one cares, Expedia has done nothing

I would never stay here again. I was only in the room long enough to shower and found roaches in the bathroom. On top of that, there is no elevator to the 4th floor. The only positive experience was going downstairs to request and receive a refund without issues.

The first room they gave us had people in it! The next room, the locks didn’t work properly. The third room was very dirty with sheets on the bed that looked like they had not been washed! We did not stay the night here after that!

The front desk girl was nice. The elevator was broken. I had to have my keys reprogrammed because they weren’t working a couple hours later. I had to walk from the fourth floor to the front desk. Room seem a bit dirty.

The elevator was not working and it was a hassle going up and down the stairs with the stuff. Staff was nice. The breakfast was okay only thing offered were muffins and oatmeal, no coffee. Also, if you're planning on showering once getting there make sure you check to see if you have any shampoo, if not you have to go all the way down to reception to ask for some.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and not the cheapest). The area felt extremely unsafe due to transient looking people getting openly drunk and high in the hotels outdoor patio tables. Doors to non guests that were said to remain locked and not accessible without a key card were accessible to anyone off the street. Everything was broken from the elevator, to the busted up blinds in our room where chunks were missing and they didn’t close to keep the street light out, to the insanely loud air conditioning unit that didn’t cool the room. I felt like I was staying in a hotel off a horror movie! Upon leaving we had to avoid puddles of puke in the stairwell. Absolutely horrendous experience!

The basic needs for hotels were not followed at all. My expectations were a basic clean room with functional amenities that were advertised on their website which was completely false. There were cockroaches in my room, walls were dirty, linens and towels looked unwashed and dirty, room smelled like cigarettes regardless of the “no smoking” policy that was supposed to be enforced, black mold in our AC unit, the toilet was non functional and lastly the mattress had food crumbs on it regardless of us barely arriving. We did complain to the front desk and another room was offered but upon further discussion we found out that the new room that was being offered on the fourth floor was “worse” when it came to the cockroach infestation. Will be submitting a claim to the department of public health and safety because basic human safety standards are not being taken seriously.
