The room was perfect and located in a great area with everything close by. The hotel always smelled amazing, and the staff was very responsive and friendly when we called to let them know we would be arriving late. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy.

The staff was fantastic. We had to stop in last minute on Christmas Eve due to weather delays. The staff accommodated our family and upgraded us to a suite. The property is new and modern. It is located right next to a movie theater and great dining options.

I checked in and specifically expressed to make sure room was clean thoroughly since I have an autoimmune disease Since it’s newer hotel I though this wouldn’t be an issue But it was mirrors and tables had previous hand prints from prior stayee and the suite they gave me was right next to the washer and dryer which I asked for corner unit The rooms needs deep cleaning
