Three-room apartment on the ground floor, comfortable, spacious, welcoming and recently renovated. Super-equipped and with an appealing design, it is located in a strategic area of the city, just 150 meters from the city centre and the sea.
It can accommodate up to 6 people and it is composed of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a large living room with a sofa bed, a main bathroom and equipped kitchen with access to a delightful courtyard for relaxing moments.
The apartment is a perfect combination of style and simplicity. Guests can enjoy all the comforts such as air conditioning, full-HD smart-TV (netflix accessible with your credentials), unlimited free Wi-Fi, Alexa, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, oven, microwave and on request, cot and high chair for children.
The house is at your complete disposal and we\'ve put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you\'re staying for business, whether you are on holiday in the wonderful Riviera delle Palme.
Its optimal position allows to have easy access to the Promenade and its cycle path, to the shopping streets and to all the areas of interest that are close at hand, thanks to two bicycles provided by the owner.
Within a few tens of meters are all the main services: supermarkets and grocery stores, market, pharmacy, banks, newsstands, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, laundries and a large green area with pine forests with different playgrounds, ideal for those who have children.
The prices include the consumption of water, electricity, gas and unlimited internet; a refundable security deposit of € 100 is required to be paid in cash at check-in.
In the Municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto the tourist tax is applied from 1 June to 15 September, which must be paid at check-in and corresponds to 1 euro per day per person for the first 7 days while children up to 12 years are exempt.
The following optional extra charges are excluded:
- bed linen and towels € 15.00 (fifteen / 00) per person per week, which will be supplied wrapped in order to comply with Covid rules, alternatively it can be procured independently. The beds are provided with mattress covers and pillow covers only.
- cot and high chair € 5.00 (five / 00) each per child per day, up to a maximum of 7 days, from the 8th day they are free.
- Small pets can be accommodated upon notice in advance, for a supplement of € 30.00 (thirty / 00).
