Please note: The pool is shared with two other apartments, therefore to guarantee the health of all our guests with an optimum level of sanitation we ask our guests to respect turns at the pool so that the visitors of each apartment have their own private pool times. We will communicate these hours more precisely after booking and as your stay draws near.

In the tranquility of olive groves, with the music of birdsong and a bubbling stream, yet five minutes by car from the beach at San Bartolomeo al Mare, this property is the ideal spot for your next vacation.

The benefits of this property are immense! So close to the beach in Liguria, one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. Two-hour drive to train stations for the Cinque Terre. It is half-way between two great international airports: Nice, France, and Genova, Italy. In addition, there are hundreds of enticing hilltowns dotting the hills above this beautiful Ligurian coast. The climate is lovely... never too cold, and only getting hot for a short time in the summer. This place is close to everything you need, yet quietly sheltered in its own little world of hills, flowing water, birdsong and olive groves.

Please be aware that there is a short walk through our gardens from the private parking area and some stairs to reach your apartment. There are also stairs to reach the pool area. In addition, this apartment is located in the cellar of the old mill. This makes it cool in the summer, but can also be a bit humid, especially in times of heavy rains. We have installed de-humidifiers to rectify these problems.
