The room was good, though the temperature was difficult to control. The hotel seemed very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly, especially at check-in. The breakfast is a weak spot, however.

First room the door didn’t stay shut so they moved us immediately! Adam was awesome working reception and got us settled in new room and extra blankets as week as an amazing recommendation for Tex Mex for dinner! Gabby was very helpful the next morning. Hotel was clean and breakfast buffet had good options. Pancakes instead of waffles which was different too. Great lit parking and in a nice area. Would stay there again.

No Front Desk attendant when I arrived. A sign instead. Waited 15 minutes and then someone finally came to the desk. Very disappointed that there was no one there a line formed of frustrated customers. That was a first. This will be the last time I stay at a Tru - Hotel
