The property was clean. Great customer service. The elevator was a little scary as it would slam when it closed. The staff was great. Very clean and loved the free late check. The bed was so comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Room was dilapidated. Shower backed up contiually. Called maintenance 4 times before the clog was cleared. Shower had mold in it. Faucets in the bathroom dispensed scalding hot water. Thr junk fees added up yo more than the room itself per night! Unreal!

Good overall. Clean. Safe. Not a bad experience, but I wouldn’t stay here again on my next visit to San Antonio. At check-in I didn’t receive information regarding the property restaurant, amenities, or accessing the Riverwalk. I feel like the check-in host could’ve been more helpful. The vanity make up mirror with light in my room didn’t work. The Keurig machine was malfunctioning, and as a result, I burned my hand. If you’re hungry after 11pm there is absolutely no food options unless you leave the hotel.

Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all of the amenities. Hotel was beautiful, parking was a little steep at $65/day for a hotel that you are paying to stay at. I feel like they shouldn’t be charging that crazy amount. They also charge 22% for room service fees which is insane! Other than that the hotel was right on the riverwalk and beautiful.
