We loved the room/apartment. Super cute! Modern. Front desk ladies, Jasmine and April are amazing! They are so hospitable, the nicest, helpful people. Would stay here again. Only down side: noise from cars on the street at night. For some reason both nights there were car(s) that have extremely loud engines/mufflers racing around in the middle of the night. The noise was so loud. Not that I had anything to do at the hotel being great, but maybe the property owner should speak to the city about it. (I don’t think it’s a one off thing?)

The hotel is in a great location. although it can be pretty noisy being that it is downtown. It is clean. i do think they should have large dual trash and recycle bins with lids in the rooms and use air freshner. My room did not smell that great. But it appeared to be clean.

Loved it!

Cutest little studio right in the heart of San Antonio! I went on a solo trip and glad I picked this hotel because there was so much to do nearby! The front staff was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely be staying there again!

Would not stay again

Its an older building. Con: window is thin, noise until 2am. Allergy to animal don’t stay here, floors had animal strain the rug also smell. Bathroom has mold, AC vent and fan are not dusted. Bed sheet has hole on them. Pro: very close to river walk, parking is a block away at $10 a night (without in/out privilege). Near lots of restaurants, shopping-all within walking distance. Hotel staff were excellent, super helpful. For more comfortable stay, i would have paid more for another hotel.

The place felt like a home and was almost center of all shops and restaurants, no issues with the place other than the right side fridge having some issues due to placement the entire stay was perfect.

Great hotel, not a great view.

The room, itself, was really nice and comfortable. There wasnt much of a veiw because most of the windows faced either a wall or the hotel next door. The overall vibe was really nice, and bed was comfortable. You can't beat the location!

Family graduation and sight seeing

Stayed here for a graduation and sight seeing with my wheel chaired Mother. The place is safe,secure, comfortable and clean. The location could not be any better close to the river walk and the Alamo. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative especially Crystal who helped me with check-in ,reasonable overnight parking as well with local eateries.

The photos were not accurate. I was given a room on the 4th floor, and it was incredibly noisey. It should have been warned in the description. On a Friday night, I heard group partying outside the street, horses walking through the road, and car engines revving way past midnight. The earplugs they gave were not that helpful. The code to get into the building sometimes worked and other times didn't. Valet is only available starting at 9am, so if you have an early flight, definitely don't use valet.

Great location. Super Cute. PIN code didn’t work but the staff helped quickly to resolve it l. Parking was EXPENSIVE and there was a tiny note on a sign outside about with a more affordable option. Unfortunately I didn’t catch it until after the fact.
