Room very clean, we like the shampoo and soap dispensers. Breakfast was amazing with many choices and some different choices the 2nd morning. Even with the construction of the new lobby which was almost done, it is a very nice hotel with great staff and would stay here again.

Property was under renovation when we reached , half of the area was closed because of that. It should have been specified while booking that work would be going on as we had a kid with us and didn’t want him running into machines or any kind if dust etc.

We were put on the 5th floor apparently the fifth floor is where everyone that has pets goes. My girlfriend was woke up by dogs barking and rooms around us the first two mornings and the third morning I was woke up by a dog running up and down the hallway barking when I went out it acted like it wanted to buy it so I called front desk and it took 45 minutes for someone to show up and take care of the dog when I asked for a refund or partial refund I was told that they would give me IHG rewards points I'm not happy

The guy who was cleaning up around the buffet had THE MOST BEAUTIFUL customer service I have ever experienced. He was very welcoming inviting and friendly. As we were exiting the elevators he told us good morning and that breakfast was being served.
