New and Clean, but Awful Stay

Short and sweet, a hotel with a lot of noise and clogged toilets is a terrible stay. The room toilet never flushed and the common toilets were clogged at all.

The hotel building itself clearly is not well built. I was sleeping in and was woken by the family above me walking around and screaming at 7am. Would not recommend staying here if you want a good nights sleep.
