It wasn't bad but not the nicest hotel I have stayed at. All of the staff were friendly. I will say it was worth what i spent for it though. They do also except keycash from the hotel.com app so that was a plus. I just wish they had breakfast and better coffee.

Staff was super friendly and great. Room was clean and comfy. My only issue was the highway outside was loud. I don't know if there really is anyway to help cancel the noise. I just turned up the tv. 😁 convenient to downtown, especially if you don't want to stay downtown and over paid.

I was located on the fifth floor. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable the pillows, however, were very flat and hard. The refrigerator was cold. The microwave function properly the water pressure was very good. The housekeeping staff were great. I use the in-house laundry facility. The machines worked well. The soap available was expensive.

I tried to turn up the heat to 75 and the damn smoke alarm goes off!!!..but, only for a brief moment. Annoyed. Parking was good for me, no issues as I arrived early, but the packing lot was full later in the evening. The room was comfortable, but the shower was slow draining and water build up was occurring. Staff was spot on.

Property is just ok. Room is a bit run down and outdated but you can tell and attempt was made to make it passable. AC is great, I will admit. The room smelled funky, like old feet, and sheets had some weird small stands and hairs.
