This would’ve been a higher rated review since our stay was great, within minutes of La Cantera, fresh towels in the room when we came back after a long day and room was very accommodating. However, I have been attempting to contact the hotel for an item I accidentally left behind but it’s been a day and a half and no one seems to answer the phone… it’s pretty ridiculous..

The hotel was far far away from everything. The rugs of the hotel were very dirty and smell very very bad. The shower had heard and block stuff in the edges of the shower that looked like mold.

Won’t recommend this Hotel

I was put into 3 different rooms 204, 301, and than 137. First room had a odor and also the tub had mold near it, and stains on the cover. Second room was not made up the beds was a mess and all towels was on the floor. And the last room had more mold than the first room in the bathroom, and the towels had hair on it.

Property was very nice and recently renovated. Bed was really comfy and felt very safe with how quiet the property was and how new everything was. Breakfast was simple with essentially just bagels. Only other drawbacks were things I knew going in - no microwave and had to pay for parking (which was still cheap at $4). If you can stay here for a good price like we did, this property is very much worth it.

Overall our stay was fine. Check in and out was quick and easy. The elevators worked as expected. The room was nice. cool, and clean when we arrived. Housekeeping cleaned our room and changed the towels for our 2 night stay. The only issue was the shower drain. It was clogged making the water drain slowly. I pulled the stopper out leaving it to the side. Unfortunately, housekeeping cleaned the bathroom while leaving the clogged drain untouched.
