The AC kept turning off. We didn’t try breakfast. At the front desk, the lady was kinda rude. The room was clean, but there was stuff that stood out to me, one of the outlets had metal poking out and the lights didn’t always work.

Hotel was just what we wanted. Wasn’t super fancy but we were just looking for an inexpensive place to spend a few hours after a spurs game. Room was clean and we had no problems. Will stay here again if we ever decide to go to another Spurs game.

Courteous staff. Free parking. 20 min walk to the Frost Center, which is faster than driving & parking on a game night. Some rooms are being remodeled. Bed was nice. There are a lot of old fixtures that need replacing. Minimal breakfast - pancake machine was broken. Overall good value for a short stay in that area.

I was charged a $100 security deposit (fully refunded at check out) however, no deposit was mentioned through the Expedia App. Hotel manager would not allow me to checkin until the deposit was paid. Stating the reservation was not made through the hotel directly but through a 3rd party app (Expedia). When trying to choose hotel accommodations and budget it would be beneficial knowing all fees prior to booking a hotel.

Old and dated, run down property. Lady at desk slow…did not know how to use computer…had to call someone and then left to attend to a crying baby in the manager’s office. $100 deposit on top of room fee charged in case of damage. Room had stains throughout on sofa, on light we’reswitches and bed spread. Broken plug on wall. Good enough after coming in at 1:00 am from a concert. Sleep and a shower.
