The house was very nice and the amenities were very good. The only problem that occurred was my 88 year old father stepped on a piece of glass and cut his foot. When I contacted the owner he stated that his cleaning personnel didn't miss the piece of glass. Very disappointed in the response from the owner.

The house was great for our family to spread out. The floors and bathrooms need some deep cleaning. There were not enough towels and there were no face/wash cloths. Otherwise it was a good spot for a few days.

Dirty

The home itself was perfect for our needs with a great price, location and functional HVAC but it was dirty. The carpet had not been vacuumed before we arrived and the LVP was so dirty our socks and feet turned black. I have the same flooring at home, 3 kids, a dog and I mop bi-weekly and it’s NEVER been THAT dirty. The premium TP and paper towels were a pleasant surprise but the spider webs and flaking non-stick pans were not. The host took hours or even days to respond. It’s been 7 days since I inquired about accessing the pool and I still haven’t received a response. Check-in and out was easy. The front door lock was frustrating and the garage door did not work so we could not use it. Will not use this host again.
