Unclean

The bathroom was very dirty and leaking sink. The toilet did not flush properly.the shower was filthy with mold on the walls. The shower curtain was dirty. The room had a mildew smell. The iron also did not work and we our refrigerator did not work. Had I not brought my baby with me I wouldn’t have complained. This hotel had high ratings and I selected it based on that and the close distance to area I needed to go to. With proper cleaning and maintenance I feel this place could be better.

My daughter and I stayed here when we attempted a Joyce Meyer conference at the Alamodome. It was a 10-minute walk which felt very safe. Our hotel room was bright and the bathroom had a very large vanity for all of our things. The breakfast was very good and the pool area was shaded which was very good as it was hot. We will definitely stay here again.
