Property location is awesome.. walkable distance to Riverside mall and Alamo.. Room and outside lobby area looks little dirty, suggesting more housekeeping.. Breakfast was good but same everyday.

The lobby appears very clean and well-maintained upon entering the hotel however, the rooms do not reflect the same standard. The rooms are very outdated, and the bathroom felt old and poorly maintained. The shower, in particular, was not clean and was unpleasant to use. We stayed for one night, and I was relieved it was only for one night. Additionally, the hotel did not disclose a $100 nightly parking deposit until we arrived, which was disappointing.

In description it was showing queen beds but property don't have any room with queen beds they only have full bed which is not comfortable to sleep. Property charged extra for parking and if you are late from any day tour you will not get any slots and they don't have any ownership, their only motive is to extract as much as from tourists. Bathrooms are suffocated, no daily cleanup or item refill.

Staff was great and room was clean. I stayed 2 nights and the room was never cleaned nor dirty towels picked up and replaced with clean ones. Overall satisfied with the hotel and will be back. Location was great.

Everything was fine except at breakfast, it was soo crowded every morning. People took super loaded plates to rooms leaving a mess but still no place to sit. Very noisy, not just at breakfast, at night street sound from traffic was awful but I know that’s not hotels fault. Location is close to every thing, very walkable and convenient. Staff was super nice, informative and helpful. Will stay there again.
