The room was stinky and as mentioned on your website it was not triple occupancy. The hotel staff was very rude and did not even provided additional mattress. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel and great location at a fair price. We ran into two issues. The coffee pods were not replaced, even when requested. We were also informed upon on admit that they only clean rooms every third day unless requested otherwise. We requested our room to be cleaned on our third day. We arrived back at our hotel at 4pm after spending the day around town to find that our room was not cleaned, but we’re told that we were on the list to be cleaned. We went out for dinner and arrived back at the hotel at 10pm to find that our room was still not cleaned. We were offered clean towels at the front desk and decaf coffee. We accepted the towels.

No house keeping, could not get towels or toilet paper. Was charged more than the amount on the reservation. Front desk said they would take care of it and let me know. Still waiting. It was one of the worst experiences we have had at a hotel. Just very disappointing.
