After we were given the wrong room to begin with, we were lied to about an extra roll-away bed, it took us about another 30 minutes of arguing with the desk clerk and they made a phone call...all of a sudden, the roll-away bed that was not available---suddenly was. There were other things that bothered me about this stay. The really only good thing was the "housekeeper"...she was very nice.

HORRIBLE!!!! Had the taillights to our truck stolen. Front desk attendant said cameras are coincidently not working. On top if that the hotel room was very dirty

Restroom wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Towels were limited, not very clean looking, they were kinda old and dingy looking. We requested towels in the morning and the towels smelled like vomit. In the middle of the night there was a drunk man banging on his door to be let in. We called front desk to make them aware. They claimed they called the pd. A bit after we heard loud bangs from inside the room and we called again to have them check on whoever was in there to make sure they were ok. Never did we see the clerk go check in or the pd.

When I arrived and checked in I entered the room to find dirty towels hanging up, the room pull out bed was busted the couch arm had no padding I hit my arm on straight wood, the next morning my room was supposed to be clean and again the towels that was left was a dingy dirty color just did not look clean at all

Staff was courteous and punctual in taking care of maintenance issues, to spite all the noise of the roads, it was quiet and comfy. The property was dated but clean. Points to improve: The linen (bedding and towels) were old and very dingy, to the point of appearing dirty, but smelled clean. Mattresses need to be rotated, they slope downhill on one side.

Two of the front desk employees had such a strong accent (Indian, Pakistani or Iranian?) that it was very difficult to effectively communicate with them. The 3rd (a woman) spoke great English. Although I pre-payed through Expedia, I later found out that they also charged me for the room on my debit card (which was required for incidentals). They eventually resolved the issue by reversing the charge. The elevator and the 3rd floor hallway had NO A/C, but our room did. The breakfast was pathetic.This used to be a good property, but has gone downhill.
