Our room had an adjoining door and these doors are not very soundproof. The family next to us were very loud in there conversation and had little children that were crying and a dog! We had to call downstairs because they were up at 11:30p still being disruptive to our peace and quiet. Staff in the morning had a careless attitude and was very unconcerned about our complaint when we shared our unpleasant night experience

The place looks pretty new and it’s closed to a lot of stores. Also looks that it has a safe free parking.

Nice place except

We got there at 5pm and they did not have a room ready. We had to wait until after 7pm to check in. Also, the server for breakfast was rude. She spoke down to my children and complained while she was setting up the food about how tired she was and the work was too much.

The great stay

The stay was sooo comfortable. By far the most impressive restroom space wise. The hotel is modern, clean, accessible to so much shopping and entertainment. Breakfast bar delicious, clean and so well organized.

What a beautiful hotel! The place was pristine and I love the location! The staff was amazing and professional! Right inside The Rim shopping area and down the street from Six Flags. Many dining options. Will definitely be booking here again! I just loved how clean the rooms were. We got a suite with a kitchenette because we wanted to be able to cook and they had the utensils and pots we needed. It was just perfect!
