The room was absolutely terrible! It was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom! The ac unit didn’t work! Stains on the blankets!!! And the stairwell to get to the room was surrounded by cats no exaggeration there were at least 20 cats just sitting and there 😳

Room was in "working conditions" but not good by any means. There was damages with oxidation (that clerk implied was our doing), broken window that was taped over, damages to door/wall that seemed like room had been previously broken into. One of the provided toilet paper had a weird stain on it. We would of left but kids were tired and it was late. All we wanted was to sleep and get it over with.

Room needs work (fit and finish [those terms have specific meaning). Staff was helpful. Breakfast offerings need protien (several sources). Room-care staff did good work. Locks/keys not well matched. Rooms that have adjoining suite have poor sound control .

Una de las camas tenía mal olor a orines, el sanitario y la tina tenían fugas, el segundo día de estancia no limpiaron la habitación ni pusieron toallas limpias y secas, al llegar por la tarde a la habitación lo informamos y nos mencionaron que no tenían personal para realizar la limpieza, por lo que no nos dieron ninguna opción de solucionar el inconveniente, muy mala atención al huesped

The room itself felt ‘dirty’. The floors looked nasty and could use a mop with hot bleach water! The shower also was dirty, and the lighting was terrible over the bathroom mirror/vanity. The bathroom counter appeared dirty as well. The refrigerator in our room (Room 416) was faulty with a door that wouldn’t seal shut all the way- Resulting in our refrigerated items not being kept cold. The breakfast was minimal, and basic, offering no fruit or healthy options unfortunately. The ice cream vending machines onsite were malfunctioning and did not operate at all. The ice machine was out of ice. We stayed here for the location being conveniently close to our gymnastics competition location. Won’t stay here EVER again.

Booked 2 rooms and both had their own issues. One did not have heating working with a clogged shower drain, other one smelled like smoke and had a loose toilet and black stains that appear like mold. Would not recommend
