Escape to La Casita on Simon, an original turn of the century home built in one of San Antonio's oldest neighborhoods. The Casita is the original cottage build our property and is now repurposed as our guest house. It is located in our backyard. Secluded and quiet, it is a calm oasis in Southtown. We are steps from the famous River Walk and an easy stroll to some of downtown's best dining. The casita blends historic and new with 2Gbs fiber optic internet; Tesla Solar Roof; EV charging; great air conditioning; and Amazon Fire TV. Our friends and family clamor to stay in our casita when they come to visit.

Treat yourself to this unique neighborhood and all her charms.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. What a gem in SATX! This was the perfect getaway for a mini vacation. The Casita was clean, lovely, and the hosts stocked the kitchen with lots of goodies. We absolutely loved staying here and would stay again!

We had a wonderful staycation at this property. The proximity is closer to La tuna and Habitat for Humanity, which allowed us easy access to all the fiesta festivities. We will definitely go back again. It was very clean, quiet, and offered all the essential amenities.

We will stay here again! Everywhere we went was within 20 miles. Host was amazing. The Casita was very clean and stocked with drinks and snacks. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. If you like breweries, Künstler is two blocks away; walking distance.

The host is very welcoming. We've stayed here twice now. It's always very clean, lots of drinks and snacks, and such a lovely property. It's a great location if you're visiting Southtown or downtown. The best part for us is that they provide a level 2 charger for our electric car. You will need an adapter if you own a Tesla. We will definitely be staying here again.

Maisonnette joliment décoré avec tout ce qu'il faut. Rien à redire sur la qualité de la prestation.Nous avons été à pied jusqu'au centre ville. Rentrer de nuit au centre ville à pied pas de problème. Notre hôte a été arrangeante sur l'heure d'arrivée.
