My reservation was double booked. The night manager was the opposite of helpful. I was charged for 2 rooms instead of 1. I then catch an early flight home was not able to get a refund for the extra night. Paying for extra nights and extra rooms is the reason ill stay somewhere else the next time I'm in town.

This hotel was in a perfect location—right in front of the Riverwalk, making exploring the area on foot easy. I parked my car once and didn’t need it again since most downtown spots charge for parking anyway. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. It was a full, hot breakfast with plenty to choose from, and the breakfast tacos were a standout. I especially appreciated the real hot sauce—not the bottled kind. It was a great way to start the day! The room was a pleasant surprise. The beds and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable—some of the best in a hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

The front desk girls were both great made check in a breeze amazing customer service room was more spacious than I expected and it was really clean . Only concern would be the elevator one was very shaky but other than that it was a great stay plan on going back in September

Wonderful property and the staff was amazing. Very helpful in regards to directions and also called a cab for us. The breakfast was amazing. This Hyatt will be our go to for our next visit to San Antonio.

The room is big but the shower and toilet closet is very small the door almost hits the toilet when you close it. I had to step into the shower and close the door.

The hotel was in a perfect spot—very walkable to the Riverwalk and great dining options. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise with several good choices. Only negatives: the bathroom (toilet & shower) was quite small and a bit awkward to move around in, and the elevators were slow due to high weekend traffic, so we took the stairs from the 5th floor often. Despite that, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others!

Wonderful stay...however.

The hotel was great, staff great, the only thing that was frustrating were the elevators. They were sooooo slow. Besides that, we had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and overall experience was spot on:)
