Our room had a hair on the bed. Didn't want to make a big dwal but i wonder if the sheets were replaced before us. It wasn't dirty but not as clean as usual.

The hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. The room we were given was quite dark and had a gloomy atmosphere. The showerhead leaked and didn’t work properly, although there were enough towels provided. Across from the bed was a very dark area with no lighting at all. We later realized the room was designed for a wheelchair-bound guest, which we hadn’t requested. Unfortunately, we were unable to change rooms. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Hotel is fine. Staff is very friendly. It’s the live music next door. It goes past 11pm on WEEKNIGHTS! Ruined our stay. Kids struggled to sleep - very grumpy the next day. Not good when on vacation. Would not come back if they payed me.

This is mine and my girls home away from home. This is where we have stayed and where we will always stay. My girls call this their second home. The staff is always so sweet and our room was wonderful. We will see you in December. ❣️
