There is no self parking unless you park 2-3 blocks away and walk. Valet is the only other option and was an expense that I wasn’t aware of.

The room and location were good. The problem was with check-in being almost two hours late. This was compounded by plans that same evening, so we had little time to settle in before having to leave. Nothing was offered other than a late check-out, which was not needed.

Very clean. Staff was off the charts amazing. Amazing location. Again the staff was amazing and tentative. Felt safe you need a key access to use the elevator. Parking is not great but that’s city life!

We ate small meals outside the hotel, we self parked at Holday Inn. We only stayed 3 days due to my wife not feeling well. The hotel was very accommodating. My only suggestion is installing hand rails in showers. Us older people always afraid of slipping in the showers..Thank you very much..

Our mini fridge was broken. We asked for the maintenance guy, and he came and said it’s fixed. However, it didn’t get fixed. We told the front desk about it upon checkout, but they were not apologetic at all. Also when we checked in, they told us that destination fee of $22 can be used towards the food we order in the hotel. So, we ordered a room service. Watch out, they won’t let you use the destination fee for room services. My husband even went downstairs to the lobby front desk to check if we can use the destination fee for ordering breakfast, and they said yes. But they lied. It was charged. Why did no one tell us that we can’t use the destination fee for room service? I think they’re simply trying to fool the guest. The lady at checkout was rude. Also don’t bother parking here. St Mary’s covered parking garage is few minutes down the street, and it’s $5 for 24hrs. So much cheaper!
