Rooms are outdated....bathroom looked a bit dingy. Also, the ice machine was not working. Parking was in a very congested area. Too many fees .. Inconvenience of having to park somewhere else to avoid $55 hotel fee.

Great location, nice people. My feedback is that when taping the mattress, I couldn’t believe the amount of dust that came out. Triggered our allergies, would recommend a deep cleaning.

The property was nice. The chair in our room really left a lot to be desired. It was beat up and looked overly used. it wasn't comfortable. I also feel that $55.00 to park my vehicle is exorbitant.

Nice motel

The check-in was fast, easy with a friendly receptionist. The room was very nice and had a great air conditioning system. We did not get made service the last day of our stay, which I thought was not acceptable since we had paid and were there and needed room service. We asked for our towels so never got them. The dining room was nice for breakfast but the second morning that we went we had to wait and wait and wait as other people who came in after us got served first And the Mater D and waiter paid more attention to them than to us. We did not eat there the next morning because of that.

It was a really nice property with a lot of character. The only complaint is that there was street noise as well as extreme noise from neighbors on one of our nights. The front desk tried to get them to quiet down, but it took a while, and of course, we couldn't get back to sleep right away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating overall.

The river view is not that impressive. The room is okay. There’s no fridge/freezer for us to put our food. No suitcase stand. Too expensive for valet parking. $55 plus tax.
