Room was good. Staff was nice as well. If you have kids and need a crib, you shouldn't book this as they may not provide you with a crib. I confirmed on call with them before my trip to make sure crib is addedd on my reservation and they said yes on call but when i reached hotel, there wasn't any crib and they told me it is first come first serve. I had 1 year old who has history of falling from bed while sleeping and rolling. Rooms as as good as choice hotels. If you are on the edge to book this or something like la quita or comfort in type. Homewood is at same standard, actually I have had better breakfasts at la Quinta a lnd comfort in types. It is on riverwalk but that side of riverwalk is silent,l. Its not the happening part of riverwalk. Breakfast here is okay. Less variety being expensive but manageable if you are not vegetarian.

Rooms were large and a quick walk right to the Riverwalk. Every staff member we spoke to was very kind and friendly. Would definitely come back! We enjoyed it.

The first night the AC was not working and I reported to Sonia the next morning. She got us a new room and a discount due to the inconvenience. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Shout out to Sonia and Yesenia. Thank you for all that you do. Thank you for being kind and helpful. Everything was walking distance from the hotel which my family and I really enjoyed. We will be staying in this hotel from now on every time we visit the Riverwalk. The valet is pricey, but like I said everything is walking distance and you do not have to drive. I can’t wait to return to San Antonio.
