When we got to our room it had a strong humid smell and I have asthma so the smell was making it worse. I tried to call front desk to report the smell and that the TV was not working but the phone in the room was not working! I tried calling from my phone and no One answered .So I had to go in person to the front desk and they immediately gave me a new room and it did not smell! Thanks for making my visit better!

The location was great. The staff were all very helpful. We had a room overlooking the river , the beds were comfortable. The hotel is not the cleanest. Halls need vacuumed, the room had dark hair in the bathroom, in the shower and on the floor. The toilet lid fell off when I closed it. The morning breakfast was decent, and the wait staff were extremely helpful, we had Carlos all 3 days and he was very nice. Overall, we had a nice stay.

We've been coming to this hotel for five years, and for the first time, we had a bad experience at breakfast. It's always been included, and they charged $49.69 for the service, which is excessive. We spoke at the front desk, and frankly, we weren't satisfied. Next time we're in San Antonio, we'll stay at a different hotel.
