The room was a duplicate of a Motel 6 motel housekeeper never came to empty the trash or make sure the guest needed anything. My room and bathroom needed and it seems like only one housekeeping was working the the entire weekend. And it would be nice if IHG can remodel the facility and do better with parking. And I still have not received my hotel rewards points.

The name of this property would indicate it is near the riverwalk. Technically it is. However, it is not the part you would expect. Its just tbe "park" portion. The main walk is about a mile away. The staff seems to watch you like a hawk. There is not onsite parking its a block away. The bathrooms have little couter space. One side of the bed is shoved against the wall and has no night stand. Only two USB charging ports. There is not much in the immediate vicinity for dining or shops. Everything is about a half mile walk.

Loved everything about this property! It is not easy to get to, but it’s definitely worth being downtown and seeing all the shops and all the different things like that. The only complaint I would have is that the lighting is a little dark in the room and The housekeeping could drop off towels every day whether we’re there or not.

Great service with the exception of the breakfast nook. I needed to leave and waa only 3 minutes early, and all i wanted was a yogurt, but the lady wouldnt unlock the fridge.
