A little bit of crumbs on carpet. Some kid stayed up running above us until 2am. Told office but idk if they checked it out. Very roomy and loved the walk in shower for my mom. Would stay there again

The staff was friendly and were probably doing a good job with what they had, but the hotel overall was very disappointing. The room was ok and the showerhead was great. We used the airport shuttle. The hotel told us ahead of time to contact them when we reach the pickup point at the airport. I did this and it took 40 minutes before the shuttle arrived to pick us up. The hotel is .7 miles from the airport. 2 of the 3 cardio machines were not working correctly (or at all) in the fitness center. The guest restroom near the lobby was out of toilet paper. The breakfast area tables were very messy. As mentioned, the staff was nice, but I would not stay here again.
