Friendly, helpful front desk staff especially Emma. Clean room, comfortable beds, good housekeeping, kid friendly indoor pool, nice breakfast, quiet, good location-easy to get to, good parking. Suites are nicer because of size, microwave, and frig if there are more than two people in group. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel needs new carpet and flooring. Old carpet makes it look dirty. Reception is iffy as far as "friendlyness". A/C okay. Breakfast could be improved with fresh fruit cut up or bananas whole. Love complimentary "forgot" items.

I chose the hotel based on proximity to the airport because I was in San Antonio for less than 24 hours. After a long flight, arriving well before check in, I needed a nap and shower before heading to my destination/ obligation for the day. Emma, who I spoke with on the phone during a layover, was very friendly and professional when I arrived. She accommodated me as soon as a room was available. I was grateful for her service and hospitality.

I was given a room not yet cleaned, sheets were on the floor… Thankfully, they had an extra room available for us to switch. Additionally, we were charged like 100 dollars extra upfront for a “deposit,” something that was not listed when booking. Yes it was given back to us after the stay but we had to go make a deposit because we weren’t ready for that. Overall, the hotel was good and we didn’t have any other problems during our stay.

Shower nozzle was broken so we had to hold it up to shower. Maintenance said they fixed it but didn’t. A/C barely worked, it was 40 degrees outside but we were hot. Def under par compared to most Hampton Inns I’ve been to.
