Everything was good! I wanted to specially compliment and thank a staff (I forgot to ask her name) that on her way to work (she was wearing Hampton Inn shirt) helped me by giving a hand to lift my grandmother when she had difficulty lift up her feet at a higher curb. My grandmother's feet were weak and unable to step up. Please thank your staff for us. I didn't get her name but she was a tall blonde wearing a black sunglasses, hair pulled back with a bun, work afternoon shift (guessing the time at that time).

The room that was assigned to me was infested with termites also had a very bad odor.I emailed about the situation and attached the picture of the termite to proof.when I checked out I asked if I can speak to the manager I was told he was in the meeting which he was not instead of coming out and apologizing he failed us twice. I will never stayed at this hotel. I will be posting on social media to let everyone know about this hotel and management.

In terms of the room, the room was ok but the floor we stayed on smelled like garbage. Parking was not included and at $32 for one night was rather expensive. The breakfast included was supposed to be from 6 am to 11 am but by 10:30 there was nothing left. Lastly, the description says riverwalk but the riverwalk did not feel within walking distance so the description was deceptive.

Great experience, however our room was right across the elevators so it was a little noisy. Overall, pleasant experience. Clean property and great staff. Would be even better if the parking was free.
