The breakfast was amazing, room was clean. Elevators were not working, only 2 running for 19 floors. Had to wait 30 to 45 minutes just for an elevator or use the stairs. Told front desk the door to the elevator was stuck and an elderly person in a wheelchair chair was stuck and trying to get out. Instead of trying to help all they said was we will call for maintenance. My husband stood in front of the checkin area for at least 10 minutes waiting to check in they did not offer to assist him, once I walked up they immediately asked if I needed help.

Property located downtown on the riverwalk and close to entertainment venues and restaurants. Our room had a balcony but located above the very loud kitchen vents. Smelled great but too loud to enjoy sitting outside. The sliding door/windows had great sound proofing so did not hear the noise inside the room. The room was spacious and clean. We were traveling with a pet and did not have anything close by to walk the dog and the pet fee was high. There is also no self parking so you either pay the valet parking fee or park across the street in a public unsecured pay lot. Overall I like the hotel and would stay again. Just be mindful of the extra fees for parking and pets.

Would stay again! Great location! Parked across the hotel, and walked everywhere. Didn’t have to drive since everything was so close! Walked to the mall, market square, the Alamo, and just around the area. Great hotel, clean! Breakfast was by far one of the best! They have a lot of options, and all cooked fresh. 10/10 overall!

Elevators were always dirty and needed to be vacuum. It took until 3 o clock the next day to get fresh towels and have the room cleaned. For the cost per night it was not worth it

The property overall was nice. The staff was great! They were doing some renovations which was fine and not disruptive. However, the elevator situation was terrible! Of the 4 main elevators, only 3 were working and they were also being used for construction purposes too. Elevator wait times were very long and on the day of our checkout my daughter and I had to wait over 20 minutes to get from our floor down to the lobby. The breakfast was free which was nice but the food was not great. The restaurant onsite was amazing though and so was the staff! Overall, I would recommend this hotel as long as the elevator situation gets worked out.

From check in to check out, the experience was wonderful. Staff, without exception, were friendly and responsive. Robust breakfast (included) options and the nightly reception was nice. Location along the riverwalk and proximity to downtown allowed for many eploration options. We would definitely stay again!
