No tenía buen servicio las regaderas de la ducha, los de recepción no dieron buena indicación para poder acceder al edificio ya que tenían puerta de seguridad y se demoraban en contestar el citófono y permitir el acceso. Los desayunos fueron buenos y la atención de la persona encargada de la cocina fue excelente. El arreglo de la habitación fue diario y bueno.

Property is quite and clean. Pool is ok just needed to be cleaned more because it is under trees. The breakfast is is okay just your standard hotel food. Overall it's a good experience.

Like: Breakfast was good. AC worked well in great heat. Security was good with a controllable gate. Not like: 1: No strainer in the sink; any ring or small item could easily be lost. We told the front desk, but nothing was done. 2: Power sockets were terrible. All were so old that 2-prong plugs would fall out and not make contact! 3. Large towels were of poor quality.

When you walk in your immediately infused with urinal smell and sewer. We left to do a family outing and once we returned the smell got worse, carpet in the room had a strong odor of urine. About 4:53am I felt a bite, thought it was a mosquito and as soon as I was going back to sleep I felt another bite. I immediately got up and checked the bed and there was a bed bug. I checked the other bed in the room and saw another bug on the pillow case. I notified front desk, Aaron was working, he was willing to move us, but my husband did not want to stay till check out. I did ask for a refund for the room. He said he would notify management. I did take pictures of the bugs and the bite marks I have. I have 4 bite marks and also one on my right eyelid. It swelled up immediately.

Motal,a are better than Country Inn Hotel . Room are old and dirty, lights and plugs are not working , beds are not that great condition, bathroom door lock broken etc. Totally dissatisfied and never stay in Country inn and Radisson chain.
