Pool area with rusty seating, dirty towels thrown in the towel cabinet with no clean towels. Broken hot tub jet covers spraying water all over. Stuffy and humid in pool room with rusted door propped open to outside for fresh air. Friendly staff, clean room, no signs of bugs.

Lousy Breakfast with BEDBUGS

The place was terrible the food was awful breakfast sausage patties & links were burnt eggs weren't cooked very watery also INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS I complained about it they played the STUPID CARD AS OF THEY Didn't KNOW What A BEDBUG WAS my room had them my niece and sisters room had them also didn't compensate for terrible experience we had with dang bedbugs

We had a great stay. I gave 3 stars bc the full breakfast was not good at all. Coffee was watered down and eggs were very runny. Terrible breakfast. Our room was clean. We didn't have any issues. Although my sister's and brother's room wasn't so great. They both had bed bugs in their rooms. Thankfully mine room did not have any bed bugs.

I got a suite with double beds. When we got there, the floor was cracked every time we walked. It would’ve moved up and down. When we went to the pool, omfg it was an indoor pool, we did not spend two minutes in that pool because it was hot and had no ventilation.

Descent breakfast. Pool room was so musty in there couldn’t even breath due to the spa, felt like a wet sauna. My kids couldn’t enjoy the pool. Laundry room was very outdated and only 1 working washer and dryer.
