I should have inspected the room upon arrival

The lady at check-in was excellent, and the gentleman at checkout did not ask about my stay and seemed surprised that I had issues and after mentioning the third one started writing them down. The room itself was nicely laid out, very well stocked with pans and dishes for an extended stay and appeared to be an excellent value for the price. I was extremely impressed to the point that I shot a video and sent it back to my family. However, when I woke up in the morning, after waking up a couple of times overnight to the sounds of kids running around in the room upstairs, the real fun began. It was then that I noticed there was no coffee maker. There were packets of coffee and mugs and sugar, etc. but nothing with which to make coffee. I looked in every cabinet and frankly even looked in the refrigerator. There was free coffee in the lobby, so I brought back 2 cups. Later when I needed to warm one up the microwave struggled to do so. After 20 seconds or so, I think it was actually cooler. The light over the vanity barely lit itself up, and the other light was not that bright so I used the flashlight on my phone to check my shaving. They gave me the room closest to the elevator lobby, and it might have been the runt of the litter and I just had bad luck. Had I noticed these things the night before, I could’ve switched rooms and perhaps not had any of the problems other than the paper thin floor.

First, they didn't respect my reservation and gave me a smaller room. But it's a good hotel, with adequate facilities and very friendly staff, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family trip. They need to implement an alcohol restriction policy. We were traveling with a family with small children, and there were many people drinking alcohol all day in the pool area. At 4 a.m., drunk people fought in the barbecue area in front of the pool. I couldn't sleep because of the screaming. Police, firefighters, and ambulances arrived. My children also couldn't sleep and were scared.

FAMILY VACATION HOTEL

This Hotel was about 20 minutes to 25 minutes from everything that we had planned it's actually a 7 minute drive from the airport which we loved there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Walmart that is 6 minutes a way and we enjoyed having a hotel that close to everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the thing I like most about the hotel is the laundry is free

Great Hotel

Theres no breakfast here geared more as an extended stay hotel. Only clean every 7 days but property was very clean rooms where spacious. They have security so less likely your windows get busted out.
