The staff was very courteous. The valet attendants went out of their way to take care of you! The room was clean. The bathroom seemed like it needed a deep cleaning. The distance from the River Walk was a little misleading. To get to where the activity is, it’s a 15 minute walk. Overall, a good place.

The wife and kids were pleasantly surprised that the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. Wife even said we should book again instead of our usual (Holiday Inn Express). As the kids said, the hotel passed the vibe check.

Very clean and great location to the convention center. You have to walk under the I-35 overpass, but well worth saving hundreds verses the true River Walk hotels. Valet parking is expensive, but parking down the street at the transit center is probably doable.

Beautiful hotel and lots of space in the room. Incredibly comfortable and clean. I would absolutely recommend staying here especially if you’re visiting for a conference because the walk is only 4 minutes. So convenient!!!

Room was excellent, front desk and valet staff were amazing. My refrigerator wasn’t working and it was fixed as soon as I reported it. Cleaning was uneven: really good some days, left with no tissue and dirty towels on others. Extremely convenient to excellent dining and a 3-block walk to the Convention Center and Riverwalk.

Nice and clean rooms. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only issue was the guest next door was smoking weed which seeped into our room and filled the hallway. Reported issue to hotel staff but not sure if anything was done to correct the issue.
