The room reeked of smoke, the bathtub had rust all over it, no toilet paper was provided, needed to get a new key everyday. Overall terrible experience, will never comeback.

Worst experience at a hotel ever! The surface of the tub was coming off. The sealant for the sink applied incorrectly. There was a hole in the curtain so someone could look in the room at us! The sealant on the back of the sink counter dripping down. When you walk into the bathroom area the tile was sticking up and could cause an injury if someone hit their foot or toe on it. The smoke detector was missing! The towel that you used for the bathroom floor had holes eaten almost through them. The person that checked me in was not friendly at all. When I checked out the person I spoke to about ALL the problems said “The room was clean wasn’t it?”

This was a very decent property once, hence the traditionally high ratings. The rooms are large and the neighborhood decent. There seems to be no avoidable maintenance made at this building ever. In two of the three rooms we rented, the lights didn't work, on one the door handle came right off, and my microwave stopped working. The ceiling lights have been removed but the opens shells are still there. The shower is uncontrollably hot before 6am and steady cold after 9am. All dealings with the management are through a small crack armored glass window that make communication virtually impossible. The vending machines are still labeled but have long been removed. But by far the worst are the guests staying there - every night they shouted and screamed on the walkways in front of the property. Every night and all night long. And with management holed up in their mini-fortress no one could address the issue. Despite the good price, the large rooms, and the decent location, I would not stay there anymore.

I arrive had a reservation and they had already rented one of my rooms.They said they would give me a rebate and still got charged the same amount even though one room was smaller and not what i had reserved.

The staff at this property are very kind. They have someone on staff 24 hrs a day and never hassle me before check out time. The property and furniture are a bit dated but it’s clean and has reasonable pricing. The best part…No bugs at all. This is my short notice, go to spot and they haven’t disappointed me yet.
