The hotel was great overall but on hotels.com it doesn’t say that the hotel had a $200 deposit policy if your local. Which I understand why but also it would be nice to show that on the site. The hotel was concerned about a locals doing drugs in their rooms. This is apparently for other hotels in the area as well

Bogus charges.

I was charged an additional $50 the day of checkout. I called and was told there was a missing pillow !! We did not remove a pillow!!! I called 3 times to speak to manager and he is supposed to “ call me back”. I haven’t heard back from anyone.

The whole hotel smells like pets and urine. The staff were super helpful and nice but I had to check out early. The smell and condition were too gross to stay.

We reserved a queen bed and they said all their beds were queens, but they absolutely were not queen beds, they were fulls. Also making your own waffle does not constitute a hot breakfast. Expedia needs to have more oversight on what hotels are indicating in their listings. I have been using Expedia for 25 years, but it’s going downhill, you can’t depend on the listings to be accurate anymore.
