Ideally located near VALLON PONT D'ARC. Very beautiful point of view on the river "l'Ardeche".
This house was completely renovated. Area very peaceful.
You will enjoy the river in any way you please (swimming, boating or fishing) from this wonderful location. Hiking and biking are also extremely pleasant. From the top of the Sampzon Rock, you will enjoy an amazing view over the surrounding contryside and you will go for many a pleasant walk downhill.
