This is my second time here, absolutely love the hotel, staff and the facilities. We stayed in a 3 bed apartment, and it was well equipped and very clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, super comfty beds too.

Samoens a lovely place to take the family

The hotel was apologetic as our check in was delayed and left us a local food and wine basket as a thank you for understanding. Everyone was polite and friendly and always happy to help. A lovely place to take the family and explore the local area.

Fantastic place, equipment, location !

The residence is extremely well appointed and equipped with high class swimming pool and spa. Our apartments was very comfortable, with perfect decoration, appliances and services. Everything about our apartment was 100% perfect, I can only say that there was a wall in the kitchen area that clearly already needed repainting (even though the residence is 1 year old only), as there were big stains that made it look poorly maintained. Also, in one bedroom it was cold, and in the other bedroom , it was way too hot, and despite the very quick technician intervention, our kids had to sleep with the window open (in full winter) as it was still way too hot. Anyway, this residence is absolutely beautiful, modern, with a very cosy feel, and perfectly located tin the village, close to all amenities, and to a free bus as well to reach the ski left. They also offer a personal lift service to the ski lift. There is also a restaurant attached to it, that is really great for families, offering a good and fresh cuisine at a reasonable price. Check in was a breeze. It could be improved though, offering some beverages and quality light snacks upon arrival for example, this is done in so many places nowadays. It was our second time in this residence and We will definitely come back !

Great holiday

We stayed in the residence apartments (3 bedrooms) and found it spacious and a modern feel. The gym and pool/spa were great post a hard days skiing

Beautiful hotel

A beautiful hotel-lovely apartment with delightfully comfortable beds! Kids loved the games room and cinema and spent hours in the pool and jacuzzi! A real treat after a day on the slopes. ❤️

Superb accommodation

A perfect stay - accommodation was superb with quality furnishings and beds. The apartments are well equipped for self catering. The hotel and spa was beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi well heated.

A Luxurious Stay

The apartment was superb well furnished and well equipped. The spa and swimming pool area was luxurious and warm just what was needed after skiing. The staff and shuttle service to the skilifts was efficient. Could not fault anything.

New built accommodation in the centre of Samoans.

This residence is exceptional and the service amazing. The accommodation and spa facilities were truly fabulous. The location is only 2 minutes walk to the village centre and the residence offers a minibus service to the main lift gondola which is great. Having stayed in Samoans on several occasions this is definitely number one on our list. Check out the website and book!
