Exceptional location, 10 minutes walk from the village center (5 minutes from the first shops), in a quiet area : very nice view without any opposite and without traffic, from the sunny terrace from noon to sunset !
Bed linen and towels provided (beds made), end of stay cleaning included (floors and sanitary facilities).
Rental charges included (water, electricity, TV, parking access).
Ski-bus stop at the foot of the residence, ski lifts at 1 km, free shuttle, frequent passages (every 15 minutes); private ski room.
- Heated outdoor swimming pool (July-August) + small indoor swimming pool (from the end of December to mid-April and from mid-June to early September)
- 2 covered parking spaces, one in the basement
- Very good thermal and phonic insulation, very well heated: floor heating + electric inertia radiators + 2 towel rails
